GALILEO users,
Programmers have had several reports from users who are unable to open EBSCO resources retrieved in a GALILEO Search results when they click on the View or PDF button. The problem is intermittent, and only EBSCO resources appear to be affected, including Academic Search Complete, MasterFILE Premier, MAS Ultra, and Business Source Complete. The error message may say that the browser is unable to connect to the server or the browser may time out. Here is one of the error messages:
Firefox can’t find the server at webfeat.dll%3d%26sessionid%3d%26an%3d53445433%26isrest%3d.wf2dnvr14.webfeat.org.
The problem has been reported to the vendor and escalated as a high priority. Users can still access articles in EBSCO databases by going directly into the individual database and searching:
